Founded in 2006 Digital Technologies has provided affordable RMS to small and medium agencies in Alabama for over ten years. Taking a novel approach to RMS development has positioned Digital Technologies and it's feature product Digital Detective in a unique position in the RMS space. Digital Detective was created to fill a need for an RMS package targeted at small agencies. The vast majority of agencies in the country have less than 50 sworn officers but most RMS vendors target their software at large agencies. These packages typically require huge captial investments and have significant ongoing maintenance costs that are simply out of the reach of many small agencies.
That's where DD comes in. DD provides an agency with a complete and integrated system at an affordable price. Information entered into one module can be easily reused in another without the need to re-enter. When you select DD for your agency you have the comfort of knowing that the complete suite of modules are available to you. Modules are not offered individually as the system works best when used as a whole.
